the funny thing is, i think he's genuinely that fond of people. they're all very fascinating. so all his flattery is actually fairly sincere, if not a bit over-the-top....until he gets bored, or has a cracked day.
i think huan regrets being such a good knight. he didn't want to be in charge in the first place. tirnanog just has this thing where logically, they promote the best example to be in charge. the twins keep managing to get into just enough trouble that nobody wants them to be in charge. =D
